Shipping Policy

This shipping policy describes how we deliver your monthly box from Madagascar to Germany.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Germany. If you move outside of Germany, please update your delivery address or cancel your subscription.

2. Shipping Schedule

Boxes are shipped monthly, typically between the 10th and 20th of each month. Your estimated ship date is displayed in your dashboard.

3. Shipping Carrier

We partner with international carriers (DHL, Deutsche Post, or equivalent) for delivery. A tracking number is provided once your box has shipped and can be found in your order details.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in your monthly subscription price. There are no additional shipping fees.

5. Customs & Duties

As your subscription price includes all costs, any customs duties or import taxes are covered by Diavolana. You will not be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.

6. Delivery Time

Typical delivery time from ship date is 7–14 business days within Germany. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your box, please contact us immediately. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.

8. Address Changes

You may update your delivery address at any time before the 5th of the month. Changes made after this date will take effect the following month.
