What is Diavolana?

Diavolana is a monthly subscription: every month we select one product made in Madagascar — food, spices, crafts — and ship it to your door in Germany. One plan, one product, no commitment.

When do I get my first product?

Subscribe on or before the 20th of the month and you receive that month's product. After the 20th, your first product is next month's — you are never charged for a month you don't receive.

How long does delivery take?

Products ship from Madagascar with tracking and usually arrive within 7–14 working days. You get an email and a notification with the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves.

Can I pause or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From your account you can pause for one or two months, or cancel at any time in two clicks. There are no fees and no minimum duration.

Question 5

How does payment work?

Billing is handled by PayPal: pay with your PayPal balance, a card or SEPA direct debit. You receive an invoice every month, downloadable from your account.

Do you ship outside Germany?
